With Smart Exchange™, our partners enjoy Immediate exchange, with no fees or freight charges, and top dollar for recovered refrigerant.
Summit sets the standard for cylinder safety, quality, exchange processing speed, reporting, and value transfer. We accept all types of refrigerants.
All cylinders used in the Smart Exchange™ program are internally inspected and cleaned, media blasted and repainted before being placed back into circulation, providing the highest quality, best looking cylinders in the industry.

As always, Summit sets the standard for cylinder safety, quality, exchange processing speed, reporting, and credit or cash payments. Our Smart Exchange™ Program accepts all CFC, HCFC, HFC, and HFO refrigerants and meets all federal and local regulatory requirements.
Once Summit receives a cylinder used in the Smart Exchange™ program and the contents are removed, it is internally inspected and cleaned, and then media blasted and repainted before being reused. This process allows the Company to deliver the highest quality, best looking cylinders in the industry.
